Bio

Ariel brings over 25 years of experience in architecture, design, and construction management to DUREN PROJECTS LLC. He leads each project with a hands-on approach, carefully overseeing every stage from concept through completion to ensure high construction standards, thoughtful planning, and exceptional attention to detail.

His work focuses on creating homes that combine refined design, quality materials, and lasting value — delivering spaces that are both beautiful and practical for everyday living.

Ariel holds a Master’s degree in Construction Management and Design Technology from Harvard University and a professional architecture degree from the University of Buenos Aires. Before founding DUREN PROJECTS, he worked with internationally recognized firms including Frank Gehry Technologies, Gensler, and Viñoly Architects.

Today, Ariel leads DUREN PROJECTS LLC, personally overseeing each home from start to finish. His experience and hands-on involvement ensure a level of design quality, construction care, and attention to detail rarely found in typical new builds — giving buyers confidence that their home is built to last and designed to stand apart.
